Thank you for your interest in our puppies. We raise them with lots of love and care. Before they leave to go to their new home they will be vaccinated, dewormed, come with some food, they will have their first bath and grooming. For puppies sold with a full AKC registration we give a one year health guarantee for genetic illnesses such as heart disease, etc.
Our guarantee is a replacement guarantee, never a money back guarantee.
Since most people are very attached to their puppy, we can sometimes allow them to keep the original puppy but request to have puppy spayed or neutered before we send a replacement. However, it is always our choice to decide wether someone is allowed to keep their original puppy or not.
We do not hold puppies without a deposit. Deposits are always non-refundable.
We never reimburse any kind of vet fee.
